Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Pitchy Jots application ("App") operated by Pitchy Jots ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pitchy Jots, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App

User Content

You retain ownership of any content (notes, text, etc.) you create using the App. You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

In-App Purchases

Pitchy Jots may offer premium features through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data or freedom from viruses

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or content
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Data Loss

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we are not responsible for any loss of your notes or data. We recommend:

• Enabling iCloud sync for automatic backups
• Regularly exporting important notes
• Maintaining your own backup strategy

Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
